Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Member Experience Coordinator to enhance member engagement at the Scottsdale club. The role focuses on coordinating events, onboarding new members, and supporting communications to promote activities and foster a connected community.

Responsibilities include managing registrations, décor setup, photography, thank-you notes, and social media engagement across channels, ensuring accurate event information in club systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication across channels and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event registrations and manage the event calendar.
• Support onboarding of new members and engagement efforts.
• Assist with event setup, décor, name badges, and welcome signage.
• Capture event photos and send thank-you notes to speakers.
• Write personalized postcards inviting members to future events.
• Manage club social media posts and interactions on multiple channels.
• Update marketing materials and digital displays.
• Maintain accurate event/registration data in MembersFirst and related systems.
• Collaborate with department heads to build an annual club event calendar.
