Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a proactive Member Experience Coordinator to enhance the club’s member journey. You will coordinate event calendars, registrations, and on-site setup, while supporting social media and communications to promote events and engage members.

You will work closely with the Member Experience Director/Manager to ensure a vibrant, connected club community and a seamless onboarding process for new members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication across channels (phone, email, social).
• Proactive, friendly, and guest-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event registrations and support set-up for club events.
• Manage member onboarding communications and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain event calendar across channels and update marketing materials.
• Capture event photos and send follow-up materials to speakers.
• Assist with social media posts and responses to engage members.
• Support club communications and ensure accurate registration data in systems.
• Collaborate with department heads to plan the annual club event calendar.
