Job summary

YMCA of Orange County is seeking a part-time Membership Program Lead in Laguna Niguel to drive member experience and engagement. You will help with member recruitment, events, and foster welcoming, safe environments for families.

The role supports program tracking, billing, and compliance, with shifts at the Welcome Center. Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience, strong communication, and a service mindset. CPR/First Aid certification is provided.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18 years.
1+ years related experience with supervision.
Preferred experience in Membership or Sales.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).

Responsibilities

Be a leader and key contact for branch communications and member services.
Assist with member recruitment, appreciation events, and building relationships with members and guests.
Support program tracking and reporting systems, including YCRM, third-party billing, collections, and audit reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting controls, policies and procedures at the branch.
Work scheduled shifts at the Welcome Center to enhance member experience and branch effectiveness.
