YMCA is seeking a Member Experience Representative to enhance member engagement, growth and retention. You will greet members, conduct tours, and help process memberships while delivering exceptional service to guests and program participants.

Work involves coordinating with wellness staff, handling administrative duties, and maintaining a welcoming orientation for new members. Weekend and varied shifts are required; CPR/First Aid/AED certification may be needed within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to engage with members of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to build authentic relationships with members, volunteers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist all members, guests and staff in a professional, friendly manner.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, explaining benefits and opportunities.
• Process new member IDs, guest passes and program registrations; respond to phone inquiries.
