The YMCA of Orange County in Laguna Niguel is seeking a part-time Membership Program Lead to enhance the member experience, support engagement, and help drive membership growth.

You will serve as a front-line contact at the Welcome Center, assist with member recruitment and events, and maintain program tracking using YCRM and billing processes. This role requires 18+ and 1+ year related experience, with First Aid/CPR certifications provided by the YMCA.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• 1+ years related experience with supervision.
• Preferred experience in Membership or Sales.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Be a Leader: serve as a key contact for branch communications and member services.
• Support Member Engagement: assist with member recruitment, appreciation events, and building relationships.
• Drive Operational Excellence: support program tracking, billing, collections, and audit reporting.
• Ensure Compliance & Accountability: assist with software compliance, staff training, and accounting controls.
• Support Operational Effectiveness: work scheduled shifts at Welcome Center and contribute to positive member experience.
