Job summary

The YMCA of South Hampton Roads is seeking a part-time Membership Associate to deliver excellent service to members, guests, and program participants. You will promote memberships and programs, respond to member needs, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Responsible for membership sales, renewals, and prospect follow up as directed, with administrative support for memberships and programs to create an optimal guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to member needs and promotes memberships and programs.

• Coordinates program registration and supports phone, walk-in and web registrations.
• Ensures proper implementation of member service procedures and communicates changes to staff.
