In this full‑time role, you’ll build genuine relationships, maintain a safe gym environment, and participate in a commission‑driven sales program.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate authenticity and integrity in interactions.
• 1+ year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and answer questions.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience to inspire members to pursue fitness goals.
