YMCA of Orange County is seeking a part-time Membership Services team member to welcome guests, answer questions, process payments, and promote health and wellness programs in Fullerton, CA. This role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and community connection within a busy front-desk environment.

Candidates should bring 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and basic PC knowledge.

Formación

• H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service, excellent communication skills, and PC ability required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact, creating a warm and professional environment for all members; handle inquiries, payments, and concerns with care.
• Engage with current and prospective members through facility tours and interviews to promote memberships and programs.
• Proactively generate new prospects through follow-up, data tracking, and collaboration with program teams.
• Uphold core values (Honesty, Respect, Responsibility) while handling check-ins, cash management, and maintaining a clean lobby/workspace.
• Perform clerical tasks, data entry/retrieval, communicate program details, and assist with registrations.
