Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Member Experience Supervisor to lead Front End, Membership Services, and related teams. You’ll drive club performance, maintain GOLD standards, and coach FELs, Cashiers and Ambassadors to deliver a best-in-class member experience.

You’ll develop talent, manage schedules, ensure policy compliance, and use data to raise engagement and satisfaction while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontline, Membership Services Desk, Membership Sales Ambassador and functions to drive membership performance and service.
• Develop and manage high-performing teams through recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure staffing and processes support excellent member service and execution.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures across Member Services and Frontline teams.
• Drive membership growth and retention initiatives to meet KPIs.
