Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) required.
• High school diploma, college degree, and/or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front End Leads, Cashiers and Membership Sales Ambassadors to drive member experience and performance.
• Develop and manage high-performing teams through recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability.
• Ensure staffing, policies, and processes are consistently applied to support service standards.
