EōS Fitness is seeking a dynamic Member Experience Manager in Murphy, TX to lead front desk staff, resolve member concerns, and ensure a best-in-class experience. The role emphasizes training, service quality, and retention strategies within a busy gym environment.

The position focuses on customer service leadership, teamwork with department managers, and maintaining a welcoming, clean facility while upholding the company values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or front-line leadership, preferably in fitness/hospitality/service.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of fitness industry operations and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify ways to enhance the member experience and take initiative.
• Be the first point of contact for member concerns and billing questions.
• Resolve complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain members.
• Monitor member satisfaction trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with gym managers to respond to surveys and feedback promptly.
• Support frontline staff through training and coaching to maintain service excellence.
• Partner with operations to ensure cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Represent the company values in daily interactions and decision-making.
