EōS Fitness is opening a new gym and seeks a dynamic Member Experience Manager to lead front desk staff and deliver best-in-class service. You will address member concerns, resolve billing questions, and drive retention while collaborating with department managers to ensure a clean, friendly facility and strong member engagement.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and maintaining alignment with core values as you support operations and member experience across the gym.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-line leadership in fitness, hospitality, or service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify ways to enhance the member experience.
• Serve as first point of contact for member concerns with quick resolution.
• Address complaints professionally to maintain retention.
