The Seattle YMCA is seeking a dependable leader to develop and lead the Member Engagement staff on site. You will oversee hiring, training, and scheduling, and coordinate staff meetings to ensure smooth daily operations and strong member relationships.

You will connect members with programs and activities that help them reach their goals. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, coaching, and teamwork within the YMCA's values.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in sales, retail, reception or customer service.
• Two+ years of staff supervision experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet members and guests.
• Build relationships with members to understand goals and interests.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Ensure enrollment procedures and tours are conducted smoothly.
• Maintain accurate membership records and cash controls.
• Support achieving monthly recruitment and enrollment targets.
