Responsibilities

• Assist management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties and guiding member service approaches
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates
• Provide member service support by assisting members with memberships, purchases, and self-service technology
• Oversee cashiering, transactions, returns, and store merchandise organization
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
