Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction
• Support member service by helping members with purchasing decisions and self-service technology
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and promote member renewals
• Handle claims and returns and maintain a clean, organized set-up in the store
