Qualifications

• 6 months of retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register).
• 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates and assigning duties.
• Provide member service and resolve member questions per company guidelines.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; promote benefits and renewals.
• Assist members with purchases at registers or self-checkout and support pickup orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and support loss prevention.
