Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and providing feedback.
• Train associates on processes and member service approaches.
• Assist members with purchases and self-checkout guidance.
• Process memberships, upgrades and account questions.
• Maintain area organization, merchandise availability and cleanliness.
• Handle cash, deposits and accounting records per procedures.
• Ensure Open Door Policy adherence and ethics compliance.
