Ideal candidates are 18+, with retail or fitness-facing experience and a strong work ethic. The role offers part-time hours with a flexible schedule and opportunities to engage members daily.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1-year Fitness experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide prompt, knowledgeable telephone service
• Resolve member concerns to ensure a pleasant experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the club during shifts
• Process payments, give receipts, and handle cash accurately
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue
