Job summary

Dover Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Member Experience Manager to support the direction and administration of branch operations in New Castle, DE. The role may act as Member Experience Manager when needed and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.

You will coach and develop branch team members, build product knowledge, and promote ethical cross-selling of products and services while assisting with complex tasks and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to a 4-year high school education plus some post-secondary coursework.
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in credit union or financial services.
• Requires at least 2 years of prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direction and administration of branch operations; act as Member Experience Manager when needed.
• Meet branch sales and service goals by referring appropriate products/services to members.
• Provide coaching, development, and training to branch team members; ensure policy and procedure compliance.
