Job summary

Dover Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Specialist in Delaware to greet members, deliver prompt, courteous service and perform routine member transactions. You will help with account information, deposits, withdrawals, and provide notary services as needed.

The role requires basic math, strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and compliance with BSA/OFAC. You will participate in training and branch promotions, supporting a positive member experience across the branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of related experience in member service.
• Basic typing/word processing skills.
• Compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills for member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and service goals while ethically referring appropriate products.
• Provide routine information on credit union services, accounts, and policies.
• Handle routine member transactions with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and balance cash drawer.
• Process new accounts and cross-sell suitable products for members.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC and other regulations.
• Assist with lobby management and member flow at the branch.
