Job summary

Dover Federal Credit Union in Milford, Delaware is seeking a Member Experience Officer to deliver Legendary Service by handling a broad range of member service functions, sales and service goals, and providing an exceptional member experience with product penetration.

You will process applications, assist with daily transactions, cross-sell suitable products, maintain accurate records, and help with branch operations and training.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of customer service experience required
• 2–3 years of experience in a financial institution preferred
• Requires education equivalent to a four-year high school education
• Professional interpersonal skills to serve members and represent the Credit Union
• Knowledge of consumer loan policy, credit-granting criteria, and interest rates; ability to apply practices

Responsibilities

• Perform all essential functions of the Member Experience Specialist position.
• Meet sales and service goals and ethically refer appropriate products to members.
• Process membership and loan applications and cross-sell suitable products.
• Conduct transactions, file maintenance, and create new products/services on existing accounts.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous member service; resolve member issues.
• Assist with branch audits, safety checks, and marketing/community events.
