Greenleaf Hospitality Group’s Radisson Plaza Hotel property is seeking a friendly host to manage guest flow, reservations, and event support in a bustling club environment in Kalamazoo. The role emphasizes personalized service and professional presentation for members and guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing reservations, and assisting with events. Candidates should be capable of standing long hours, lifting items, and adhering to safety and PCI standards while delivering

Qualifications

• 2+ years of host / hospitality experience.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency.
• A commitment to creating great experiences for our members and guests.
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more.
• Able to stoop and bend.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time.
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment.
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards.
• Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks.

Responsabilités

• Greet members to make them feel welcome and appreciated.
• Organize and take reservations including private party contracts.
• Assist with event functions from reservation to contract and execution.
• Maintain accurate event receipts and spreadsheets; coordinate with the Event Coordinator.
