Radisson Plaza Hotel invites an enthusiastic Host to join our front-of-house team. As the face of the operation, you will deliver warm, professional service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests across busy service periods.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding seating, coordinating with the team, handling inquiries with courtesy, and maintaining a calm, efficient demeanor during peak hours while upholding the hotel’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• A positive, energetic attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting and remain calm and collected under pressure.
• Must be available nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive demeanor.
