Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking a Club Concierge & Wellness Professional for Blush Salon + Spa at Radisson Plaza Hotel Kalamazoo. This part-time role blends guest service with wellness offerings and daily club operations.

You may lead group fitness classes or provide wellness sessions within your certified scope, ensuring privacy and client comfort while supporting membership growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications in at least one specialty (group fitness, wellness therapy, or massage).
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, fitness, or wellness preferred.
• Active Michigan massage therapy license for massage track; CPR/AED certification required before independent instruction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in, calls, emails, scheduling, and club questions.
• Explain memberships, classes, services, and policies clearly.
• Lead group fitness classes or provide wellness/massage services per certification.
• Maintain records, assist with towel service, and support sales goals.
• Monitor safety, report maintenance needs, and coordinate class coverage.
• Build member relationships, encourage engagement, and protect privacy.
