Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of host / hospitality experience.
• Ability to improve operational efficiency.
• Commitment to creating great experiences for members and guests.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours or more).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time.
• Ability to comply with safety and health code standards.
• Ability to handle repetitive motion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interpersonal skills with focused attention to member needs to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Understand member's service needs and provide excellent professional presentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and PCI compliance.
• Organize and consolidate steps of service for maximum productivity.
• Handle all transactions including cash, credit cards, house charges, gift cards and room charges.
• Take direction and utilize information for the benefit of the club and its members.
• Greet members to feel welcome and appreciated, coordinate reservations including private party contracts.
• Assist with event functions from reservation, booking, contract, to execution of event.
• Maintain accurate event receipts and spreadsheets and work with the Event Coordinator.
