Plaistow Community YMCA is seeking a Management-level professional to lead the Welcome Center and drive member engagement at the Plaistow, NH location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, developing outreach programs, and guiding staff to foster a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include membership recruitment, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with local partners to strengthen community impact. Full-time position with comprehensive YMCA benefits.

Formación

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in membership management, recruitment, and retention, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with members, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in membership software systems and data management.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for members and guests.
• Develop strategies to increase member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Build relationships with members through outreach and customer service.
• Plan and support member events, programs, and engagement opportunities.
• Partner with association membership leadership to support growth and impact.
• Lead, train, and coach the Welcome Center team to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing feedback and professional development to staff.
• Maintain Welcome Center coverage and scheduling during peak times.
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with YMCA values.
