Job summary

Sam's Club in Virginia Beach is seeking a Customer Service Associate for the front end. You will provide member service, process purchases, handle payments, returns, and exchanges, and promote Sam's Club products and services.

You will assist members with self-service technology, maintain the checkout area and safety standards, resolve member issues, and help locate merchandise while upholding company policies. Experience with cash registers or mobile apps is helpful; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
