Job summary

• Provide member service

• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies
• Follow safety standards and conduct safety sweeps
• Maintain entrance and exit areas
• Acknowledge members and verify membership cards
• Assist with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
• Assist with securing company assets and observing potential security risks
• Assists with training and rollout of new programs and technology
• Deliver benefits and continuous learning opportunities to members and associates
