Responsibilities include assisting Members, providing information on benefits, processing orders, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, and employee education programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of the Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing to ensure accuracy.
• Completes work by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and collaborating with colleagues and partners.
• Provides Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products.
