Sam’s Club in Columbus, IN is hiring a Front End Associate to deliver outstanding member service at the checkout, assist with purchases, and promote our products and services. You’ll help members with self-service tech, process payments, returns, and exchanges, and keep the store area safe and organized.

You will also support training for new associates, learn new programs, and participate in safety, loss prevention, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Ensures safety compliance and maintains a safe shopping environment.
• Grooms merchandise and assists with stocking and merchandising.
• Delivers training on processes and procedures to Frontline associates.
