Responsibilities

• Provides member service.
• Maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members regarding self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Handles merchandise according to procedures.
• Reports unsafe situations to management.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas and zones the area.
• Verifies membership cards and identifies member needs.
• Assists with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Maintains paperwork and documentation.
• Delivers training on processes and new technology.
• Delivers program rollouts and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensures security, integrity and adherence to company policies.
