Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, drive new member sign-ups, and provide a superior guest experience at the front desk. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and respond to questions to assist members and prospective members.

The role reports to the Club Manager and offers flexible status (full/part-time) while emphasizing customer service, teamwork, and smooth check-in operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
