Planet Fitness in Bedford, AL is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver welcoming, high-quality member service in our Judgement Free Zone®. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, answer phones, and help with sign-ups and billing updates.

Qualifications include 6-12 months in customer service, being 18+, basic computer skills, and CPR/AED certification (training provided). This role offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a free Black Card membership.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in.
• Help promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, updating contact/billing information, cancellations, and transferring memberships.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize equipment and facilities; ensure restrooms are tidy.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns promptly.
