Qualifications

• 1 year or less of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Process memberships, updates, cancellations, and billing info.
