You will greet members, check them in, answer phones, process memberships, and support club operations. You’ll promote the Judgement Free Zone, assist with tours, and help keep the facility clean and safe.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced gym environment with comprehensive member services and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/AED certification training provided by Planet Fitness is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at entry and assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Resolve concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process memberships and update contact/billing information.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and drive sales goals.
• Perform retail transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Regularly clean and sanitize equipment and facilities.
• Address maintenance concerns and report issues promptly.
