Job summary

Crunch Fitness Beaverton is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests, delivering a welcoming, professional club experience and supporting member satisfaction and retention.

You will greet members, check in guests, handle inquiries, promote services and retail, process payments, schedule amenities such as tanning and hydro-massage, and assist with front desk operations while upholding safety, appearance, and company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and in accordance with policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Maintain knowledge of club programs, hours, and schedules.
• Support daily front desk operations and policy compliance.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive workplace culture.
