Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly and professional Member Services Representative to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests at our Beaverton, OR location. You will deliver exceptional service, assist with inquiries, and support daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking in members, processing payments, scheduling services, promoting club offerings, and supporting administrative tasks to enhance member satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately per policies and procedures.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
