Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests, creating a welcoming club experience. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support member needs, and foster satisfaction and retention.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere while assisting members, guests, and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Previous customer service/hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately according to policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Answer phones in a courteous, knowledgeable manner.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (tanning, hydro-massage, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of club programs, hours, and procedures.
