Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to create a welcoming club environment. You will assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting service level expectations.

You will support new member enrollments, promote fitness programs and maintain a clean front desk. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and a commitment to Crunch service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with a smile and enthusiasm; demonstrates the Crunch SLA engagement.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations, including guest conversion, Peaks % and CrunchOne Kickoff standards.
• Checks in all members and guests per company procedures; resolves check-in issues as needed.
• Answers phones courteously and professionally; communicates special events to members and guests.
• Maintains a professional and courteous disposition; keeps a clean, organized front desk area.
• Performs opening and closing checklist duties; supports events and initiatives.
