Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to welcome members, process check-ins, and drive membership sales. You will promote programs, maintain a clean front desk, and support club operations to ensure a positive member experience.

In this role you’ll answer phones, assist with guest inquiries, and help shine during events and promotions while upholding Crunch service standards on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service-oriented experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• CPR/AED certification may be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and provide front desk support.
• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and promotions.
• Maintain clean, organized lobby and support club events and programs.
• Answer phones professionally and resolve member requests per procedures.
• Support new member enrollments and ensure accurate adherence to standards.
