Responsibilities include answering questions, keeping the gym clean and safe, delivering a strong sales and service experience, and supporting onboarding for new members to connect them with the club's fitness offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mentality and dedication to member experience.
• Ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and resolve concerns.
• Keep gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members.
• Deliver welcoming sales and service experience to guests and members.
