ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist for the Broadway Branch in Idaho Falls, ID. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering friendly, accurate financial transactions and member support, serving as the first face of the Credit Union and creating a welcoming experience.

You will promote ICCU services, handle a wide range of transactions across channels, and support community financial wellness through member education and proactive service. Commitment to our core values is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as a team member required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a strong focus on helping each member achieve financial success.
• Ensures member experiences meet ICCU service standards.
• Promotes and refers ICCU products and services to members.
• Performs a wide range of member-generated transactions accurately and timely across channels.
• Provides information about Credit Union services and assists with branch cash handling and processing.
