Job summary

ICCU is seeking a member-facing representative to provide service to members for financial transactions. You will be one of the first faces of the Credit Union, creating a welcoming, professional, and service-focused experience.

You will promote ICCU services, balance teller duties, support financial wellness, and maintain confidentiality while upholding ICCU dress standards and core values. The role is based at the Pierce, Idaho branch.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with 1 year of customer service experience.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial institution regulations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as a team member required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with a wide range of transactions across channels.
• Provide general information about ICCU services.
• Promote and cross-sell ICCU products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Support branch cash handling and daily deposits.
• Process member check orders and create member debit cards.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to branch schedule.
• Assist with community financial wellness education.
