Job summary

ICCU in Spokane, WA is seeking a part-time, on-site Member Service Representative to assist members with financial transactions and promote Credit Union services. You will be the first face of ICCU, providing a welcoming, accurate, and courteous experience while helping members achieve financial wellness.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service, and strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
One year of customer service or relevant experience required.
Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

Performs a wide range of member-generated transactions through various channels accurately and timely.
Provides general information about Credit Union services.
Identifies opportunities to refer products and services to members.
Resolves member concerns on the first contact whenever possible.
Supports members' financial wellness and education.
Maintains confidentiality of member and ICCU information.
Adheres to branch schedule and attendance expectations.
