ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist in Bannock County to serve members with financial transactions and provide a welcoming, professional experience. You will promote ICCU services and support members’ financial wellness while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or cash-handling experience. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as a team member required.

Responsibilities

• Provides member-facing service and processes a wide range of transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promotes and cross-sells ICCU services to members.
• Resolves member concerns on the first contact whenever possible.
• Supports member education and financial wellness initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of branch operations and adheres to ICCU policies and confidentiality requirements.
