Job summary

ICCU Sunnyside Branch in Idaho Falls is seeking a member-facing Teller/Customer Service Associate to provide welcoming, accurate financial service and cross-sell ICCU products. This part-time role covers Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–3:00 PM with alternating Saturdays; you will balance cash, process transactions, assist with deposits, loans, and ATM activity while upholding ICCU standards and confidentiality.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial institution regulations preferred.
• Proficient math skills and ability to process transactions accurately required.
• Good verbal and written communication and ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions accurately through multiple channels.
• Promote and cross-sell ICCU services.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Balance teller cash drawer and handle daily deposits.
