• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to use a calculator and handle cash accurately.
• Willingness to learn multiple channels and systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure member satisfaction with courteous, accurate service.
• Provide general information about Credit Union services.
• Refer members to products and services to support financial success.
• Learn and use channels and systems to perform member transactions.
• Resolve member concerns on first contact using available resources.
• Inform manager of member needs regarding products and services.
