Job summary

ICCU in Moscow, Idaho seeks a member-facing representative to deliver welcoming, professional service and support members’ financial wellness. You will perform teller transactions, answer questions, and promote ICCCU services.

The role requires strong cash handling and math skills, superb accuracy, and a team-oriented, confidential approach. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior customer service or teller experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Proficient math skills and ability to process account transactions accurately required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial transactions across channels and systems accurately and professionally.
• Provide general information about ICCU services.
• Recognize and develop opportunities to refer products and services to members.
• Balance and account for cash drawer and deposits with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and adhere to privacy standards.
• Support branch service goals and deliver excellent member experiences.
