Job summary

ICCU in Boise is seeking a Part Time Member Service Specialist-Vista to assist members with financial transactions and deliver welcoming, professional service. You will promote ICCU services and support members' financial wellness.

This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork; you will balance cash drawer, process deposits, and refer products where appropriate. Shifts include 11am-3pm weekdays and alternate Saturdays; candidates must meet education and experience requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or relevant experience.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial transactions across channels.
• Promote and cross-sell ICCU services.
• Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Balance teller cash drawer and related cash handling duties.
• Support branch cash and coin ordering.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
