Job summary

APG Federal Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker/Financial Concierge in a hybrid branch role in Bel Air, MD. You will deliver exceptional service, educate members on financial solutions and help them use ITMs and digital channels to manage their accounts.

You will build lasting member relationships, meet sales goals for shares and loans, and partner with management on community outreach while ensuring compliance and security in all activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training equivalent to two years of college preferred.
• One year of consultative sales experience; financial services familiarity a plus.
• Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills; comfortable with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and financial education to members in a modern, tech-enabled environment.
• Build relationships and identify member needs to offer credit union products and services; leverage ITMs and digital channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and perform routine maintenance on deposits and loans.
